Wild Minds What Animals Really Think

The book Wild Minds: What Animals Really Think by Martin Weiss, Ph.D, explores the cognitive abilities of animals. Through interactives, videos and case studies, this interactive ebook takes readers on a journey of discovery where they encounter surprising and impressive thinking skills in a variety of animals. Based on research into animal cognition, the ebook is based on an exhibition developed by the New York Hall of Science.

This work was funded by the National Science Foundation and shaped by NewKnowledge’s research and evaluation of how people learn about and reflect on animal behavior. The book received a MUSE award in 2017.
