Striving Together for Early Childhood Development

October 23, 2015

In early October, Rebecca Norlander attended the StriveTogether Convening in Minneapolis in support of our collaboration with New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS), the Global Compact for Early Childhood Development. The StriveTogether convening brought together over 350 educators, elected officials, community leaders, business executives, nonprofit professionals, and policymakers. By fostering cross-sector dialogue, StriveTogether explores our shared visions for early childhood development to promote evidence-based decision making to learn from our successes and find areas in need. At the convening, Rebecca learned more about how we can clarify best ways to move forward, and what cities around the world expect and need from massive initiatives like the Global Compact for Early Childhood Development.
