We are thrilled to announce that the California Environmental Legacy Project’s documentary Becoming California has won two San Francisco/Northern California EMMY awards! Out of four total nominations, Becoming California won Best Cultural & Historical Documentary and the editor, Kit Tyler, won Best Editor for Non-News Programs. We were excited when we heard our front end evaluation work had helped Kit frame the message and style of the documentary. We love helping all of our partners, from environmental educators, to library professionals, to small communities. We especially love celebrating all of the different “wins” we help them achieve!
